Ingredients
  • 400 g beef
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Cut the beef into slices.

  2. Place the slices of meat between two layers of cling film and beat them.
  3. Cut the beaten meat across the grain into thin strips.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into rings, then cut into four parts.
  5. Put the onion in a frying pan heated with oil, add salt, a little pepper and fry until soft.
  6. Sprinkle the fried onion with flour and stir.
  7. Add sour cream, tomato sauce (to taste) to the onion and stir.
  8. Bring the sour cream mixture to a boil and pour in a little water (enough water so that the sauce is not too thick or thin).
  9. Boil the sauce a little, stirring constantly, to achieve the desired thickness and uniform consistency. Salt and pepper.
  10. Heat another frying pan well, pour in some oil and put the meat in (you don't have to fry all the meat at once, but in small portions).
  11. Fry the meat until done, add salt and pepper.
  12. Transfer the fried meat to the sauce, stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
