Ingredients
  • 700 g flour
  • 1/8 small cube yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g cheese
Instructions
  1. In a deep mixing bowl, place the yeast, sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour and lukewarm water. Mix the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Leave the bowl in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast has risen.
  2. Sift the flour with a sieve.
  3. In a deep bowl, place the flour, oil, salt and gradually add lukewarm water as needed. Knead a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form a ball from each part, then use a rolling pin to roll out a crust with a diameter of 15 cm. Brush the crusts on both sides with oil and let them stand for 30 minutes.

Place the crusts prepared in this way in a previously greased pan. Spray the crusts with a little oil again and place the pan in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.
