In a deep mixing bowl, place the yeast, sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour and lukewarm water. Mix the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Leave the bowl in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes until the yeast has risen.
Sift the flour with a sieve.
In a deep bowl, place the flour, oil, salt and gradually add lukewarm water as needed. Knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form a ball from each part, then use a rolling pin to roll out a crust with a diameter of 15 cm. Brush the crusts on both sides with oil and let them stand for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, place the cheese on a plate and crush it with a fork.
Then, place a tablecloth on the table. Stretch a large thin crust on the tablecloth. Remove the edges of the crust with a knife.
Sprinkle the crust with oil and spread the cheese on it. Using the tablecloth, roll the crust into a roll, then roll it into a snail shape. Repeat the process with all the crusts. Place the crusts prepared in this way in a previously greased pan. Spray the crusts with a little oil again and place the pan in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.
Bake the prepared homemade cheese spread for 20 to 25 minutes, until it gets a nice golden color. Remove the baked spread from the oven, cover it with a kitchen towel and let it cool briefly.
