Ingredients
  • 1 can tone
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 pepper (green, yellow or red)
  • 1 cucumber (optional)
  • 200 g green bean (optional)
  • 2 Eggs (hard boiled, optional)
  • 2 sprigs spring onion
  • black olive
  • 10 sprigs basil
  • 3 radish
  • mesclun
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and drain the mesclun. Wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Slice the onions.
  2. Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Add the tomatoes to the salad, along with the olives, hard-boiled eggs, tuna and anchovies.
  3. Place everything nicely on a plate. Make the vinaigrette with the oil and basil.
  4. Your Salade Niçoise is ready. Bon appétit!
