Ingredients
  • 60 ml pisco
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 10 g white sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • ice
  • drops of Angostura bitters (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the pisco, lemon juice, sugar and egg white.
  2. First, shake the mixture without ice for about 10 seconds so that the egg white creates a stable foam.
  3. Now add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again for 15 more seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and add a few drops of Angostura bitters to the foam, if desired.
