Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp green tea
  • 1 tsp hibiscus
  • 1 tsp rosehip
  • 1 tsp linden
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 tsp chamomile
  • 1 tsp jasmine tea
  • 1 cinnamon (stick)
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 l boiling water
  • honey (or sugar, optional)
  • lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
    Prepare the Ingredients:
  1. Gather all the herbal teas and spices.
  2. Slice the ginger thinly.
  3. Make the Tea:
  4. Pour 1 liter of boiling water into a teapot or a large tea kettle.
  5. Add the green tea, hibiscus, rosehip, linden, mint, chamomile, jasmine tea, cinnamon stick, cloves, and fresh ginger slices to the boiling water.
  6. Strain and Serve:
  7. Let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes. This duration allows the flavors and health benefits of the herbs and spices to infuse into the water.

  9. After steeping, strain the tea into cups.
  10. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
