Instructions

  1. After washing the zucchini, slice them thinly.

  2. Place the zucchinis on a greaseproof baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown (about 15 minutes). 

  3. Put yogurt in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic and mix.

  4. Remove the browned zucchini from the oven and place them on a serving plate with the help of tongs. 

  5. Drizzle garlic yogurt over it. Garnish the top with dried mint. Your zucchini appetizer with yogurt is ready. Bon Appetit!
