Instructions

  2. After fermentation, form medium-sized balls and roll them in the bran and barley. Then, shape them into circles, allowing 1 cm to rise again. Cover with a clean blanket.
  3. After fermentation, preheat the oven to 250°C for 10 minutes and bake the bread until it is cooked. Enjoy!
