  5. Drain the beans and put them in the pressure cooker, add the hogao. Cover with water and let cook for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. In a frying pan, cook the meat and chorizo ​​until golden brown. Then remove from the pan and fry the eggs in the same pan. In another pan, fry the pork rinds.
  7. To assemble the bandeja paisa, place the rice, beans, slices, ground beef, chorizo, pork rinds, and egg (on top of the rice). Cut the avocado and add the corn arepas.
